1) What are your shipping charges and delivery timeframes?

• Free Standard Shipping: All orders to the 50 states ship free and are typically delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship from California.
• $6 Priority Shipping: 2-3 day delivery within the 50 states.
  

2) How do I get free shipping? Do I need a promo code?

When selecting a shipping method during checkout, you will see an option for Free shipping. Please select the Free Ship option - you do not need to enter a promo code.

3) When will my order ship?

All orders will ship via USPS within 1 business day after you place an order.

4) Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the US.

Returns:

1) How does the Peace of Mind guarantee work? Do I get my shipping charges refunded?

• You may return items within 45 days of placing your order. Your refund will be applied to the card you paid with.
  

• Return shipping costs will be refunded as well to a maximum of $4. You may ship the product back via any carrier. The refund amount will be based on the postage cost as shown on the return package.
  

• Priority shipping charges will be refunded only if you recieved a wrong or damaged item.

• Note that if you return items from an order that used a coupon such as 10% off orders over $50 and your order does not meet the coupon amount after the return, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

2) How do I make a return?

Returning is simple.

• Login to your account, click on the "Completed Orders" link, then click on the "Return Item(s)" button. Complete the return form and click Submit.

• You will get an auto-generated confirmation email. You don't need to wait for any further confirmation from us.

• Once we recieve the item(s), we'll process your refund and send you an email to let you know that your refund has been completed. You should get a refund confirmation email from us within 2 business days after we recieve your item.
